Optimize Airflow & Add Auxiliary MPI Injection For MQB EA888 Gen3 / EVO4 2.0T Tuning Builds.
This split CNC billet intake manifold replaces the stock plastic unit, built with optimized long runner geometry to smooth airflow and improve torque delivery across mid-range RPM. It comes pre-configured for 4 extra MPI auxiliary injectors with matching gold anodized fuel rail, ideal for Stage3+, E85, methanol injection and high-boost builds.
Two-piece split design simplifies assembly and service. Solid billet aluminum construction resists heat soak and handles elevated boost reliably. Direct flange layout fits MQB transverse EA888 Gen3 & EVO4, requires custom ECU tuning to fully utilize MPI ports and remove factory runner flap functions.

- Engine Displacement: This manifold is designed strictly For 2.0L TSI / TFSI EA888 Gen3 and EVO4 engines. Does NOT directly fit 1.8L TSI / TFSI engines due to different flange bolt patterns and sealing dimensions.
- Engine Orientation: Specially built For Transverse (MQB Platform) engines. If installing on Longitudinal platforms (e.g., For Audi A4 B9 / A5 / Q5), please verify throttle body clearance and custom adapter requirements.
- Professional Mapping: To fully utilize the 4 extra MPI fuel injection rails and delete factory manifold runner flaps, custom ECU re-tuning (Stage 3+ / MPI software) is highly recommended.
