DESCRIPTION
This complete cold air intake assembly with enclosed heat shield replaces restrictive factory intake, improves airflow, reduces heat soak and enhances throttle response for BMW F30 N20 2.0L turbo models.
Built with mandrel-bent aluminum piping, black powder-coated steel heat shield housing and reusable high-flow red cone filter. The fully enclosed heat barrier separates filter from hot engine bay air to maintain cooler intake charge. Developed using real vehicle chassis scanning for direct bolt-on installation without cutting or modification. Smooth internal pipe geometry reduces airflow turbulence, delivers sporty induction sound and brings 5-10 horsepower gain for street performance tuning.
