EVO2 Competition Front-Mount Intercooler for BMW E82/E88/E90/E91/E92/E93/Z4 E89 N54/N55/N20 JT-PC02

This EVO2 competition-spec aluminum intercooler uses a larger bar-and-plate core to reduce charge-air temperature, limit heat soak and stabilize power output for BMW N54 and N55 turbo platforms, with partial N20 fitment for the Z4 E89 18i only.This direct bolt-on performance intercooler replaces the restrictive stock unit. Full TIG-welded all-aluminum construction provides high heat dissipation capacity and supports pressure resistance under boost. The enlarged core lowers intake air temperature during sustained high-boost runs, while the optimized internal flow path helps minimize pressure drop. Factory mounting positions and OEM piping connections are retained, with no cutting or permanent modification required. Suitable for stock turbo cars, Stage 1-2 ECU tuning and street-track use.
