124.35mm Ultra-Thick Single-Pass Core Design, Maximize Heat Dissipation For High-Horsepower B58TU Gen2 Builds.
This semi-cast intake manifold features a massive single-pass intercooler core to eliminate heat soak, optimized for 1000+HP racing applications. Gravity cast A356-T6 aluminum plenum delivers smooth internal airflow paths, all critical sealing surfaces are precision CNC machined for leak-free assembly.
Comes equipped with CNC billet fuel rail ready for 6-port auxiliary port injection. Ideal for E85, race fuel and water-methanol setups. Fully retains factory sensor positions and coolant routing for direct bolt-on fitment without chassis cutting.

INSTALLATION CRITICAL NOTES
- Inspect all green Viton O-rings and apply light assembly lubricant before installation to avoid pinching and leakage.
- If running stock Stage1/Stage2 tuning, install included block-off caps to seal secondary injector ports and prevent boost/vacuum leaks.
- Complete full air bleeding procedure for low-temperature cooling loop after installation to eliminate trapped air inside the large cooling core.
- Custom ECU tuning is required when activating auxiliary port injection. Professional motorsport shop installation strongly recommended.

A: No. Only direct fit for Gen2 B58TU platforms. It cannot be installed on F-chassis Gen1 or 2025+ mild hybrid B58TU2 engines.
