DESCRIPTION
This direct bolt‑on exhaust downpipe kit is developed for Audi RS6 RS7 C8 4.0T V8 models without OPF.
Two purchasing options are available: fitted with 200‑cell Euro6 compliant catalyst or high‑flow open‑pipe version. Pre‑installed thermal heat wrapping reduces engine‑bay heat soak, optimizes exhaust gas flow for improved throttle response and richer exhaust tone.
Fabricated from premium T304 stainless steel, each downpipe is fully wrapped with high‑temperature thermal heat shield material to cut radiant heat inside engine bay. CNC‑machined flanges guarantee precise fitment and leak‑free sealing. Factory mounting geometry is retained for bolt‑on installation with no major modification required. Two variants satisfy different tuning demands: Euro6 200‑cell catalyst version keeps emission‑friendly performance; open‑pipe variant delivers maximum exhaust flow for track‑oriented tuning. Fits vehicles originally built without OPF filter.
