DESCRIPTION
This direct bolt-on unequal length (UEL) exhaust header manifold is built from premium T304 stainless steel, engineered for Toyota GT86, Subaru BRZ and Scion FR-S with FA20 2.0L boxer engine.
The optimized unequal length tube design improves exhaust gas scavenging, delivers the iconic deep boxer rumble exhaust tone, and brings sharper throttle response for both daily street driving and weekend track use.

Professional Installation Notes & Tip
Professional Installation Recommended:
Highly recommend having this kit installed by a professional tuner or experienced exhaust shop to ensure proper alignment and torque specs.
ECU Tuning / Remapping is Required:
To prevent the Check Engine Light (CEL) from turning on and to maximize horsepower gains, an ECU flash/tune (such as Stage 2 via OFT or EcuTek) is strongly required after installation.
Apply Correct Torque Specs:
Do not overtighten the manifold bolts to avoid stripping the engine block threads. Always torque the nuts evenly according to the factory service manual.
Check for Exhaust Leaks:
Ensure all new gaskets are correctly seated. After the first 100-200 miles of driving, we highly recommend re-checking and re-tightening all bolts to prevent any potential leaks.
Heat Wrapping Suggested:
Since stainless steel headers radiate more heat than factory cast-iron ones, we suggest using high-quality titanium heat wrap to protect surrounding engine components and oil filters from high temperatures.
