INSTALLATION GUIDE & PRECAUTIONS

1. Module Placement: Position the black receiver box inside the vehicle cabin (e.g., under the dashboard, under a seat, or inside the trunk) to keep it fully protected from road debris and direct moisture.
2. Wire Routing: Route the output wiring harness from the cabin to the underside of the vehicle through a factory floor grommet.
3. Actuator Connection: Firmly snap the waterproof plug of the wiring harness into the corresponding connector on your electric exhaust valve motor.
4. Securing the Lines: Secure all loose wires tightly under the chassis using heat-resistant zip ties. Keep wires far away from spinning driveshafts and hot exhaust pipes.
5. Power Up: Plug the adapter into the 12V cigarette lighter outlet, start the vehicle, and press the remote buttons to test the system.

• Heat Hazard Warning: Never allow the black wire harness to touch the exhaust pipe or catalytic converter. Unprotected contact with high-heat components will melt the insulation and short-circuit the controller.
• Keep Control Box Dry: While the under-car plugs are waterproof, the main control box housing should remain inside the cabin dry and away from puddles or leaks.

TROUBLE-SHOOTING GUIDE

• Q: The LED indicator on the control box does not light up and the system has no power.
  • A: Check if the cigarette lighter socket is clean and the plug is pushed in completely. Check if the internal fuse inside the tip of the cigarette lighter plug has blown; unscrew the tip to inspect and replace if necessary.
• Q: The remote controller won't trigger the valve, but the box has power.
  • A: Check the remote control's battery. If the small indicator light on the remote is dim or stays off when pressed, replace the coin-cell battery. Ensure there are no major metal obstructions blocking the signal antenna of the box.
• Q: The controller clicks, but the exhaust valve doesn't move or only moves halfway.
  • A: Ensure the waterproof connector under the car is fully clipped in and free of corrosion. If the connection is clean, the issue may be carbon buildup jam-packing your mechanical exhaust valve flap. Spray the valve mechanics with WD-40 or carburetor cleaner to free up movement.
