This semi-cast intake manifold is designed as a direct performance upgrade for B58TU Gen2 engines. It combines optimized internal air path geometry with an integrated high-density water-to-air intercooler core, helping reduce intake air temperatures under hard driving and minimize heat soak. The included CNC billet fuel rail supports 6-port auxiliary fueling readiness, making it suitable for Stage 2+, E85, race gas, and higher-boost builds.
Built from A356-T6 cast aluminum with precision CNC-machined sealing surfaces, this manifold is engineered for boost stability and leak-free fitment. It replaces the factory plastic-style manifold with a more rigid metal structure, while retaining original sensor locations and factory mounting points for a cleaner bolt-on installation.
