DESCRIPTION

This aluminum cold air intake kit is a performance upgrade for Mercedes C400 C450 C43 AMG and GLC43. It comes with multiple laser-cut powder-coated aluminum heat shield panels, which assemble on the vehicle to build an independent cold air compartment.

The dual high-flow cone filters and smooth silicone intake elbows reduce intake restriction and airflow turbulence, delivering faster throttle response, improved turbo spool and aggressive intake sound. It is a complete bolt-on kit with all shielding plates, couplers and mounting hardware for simple installation.

• Made of laser-cut aluminum sheets with matte black powder coating. These separate heat shield panels can be assembled into a sealed cold air enclosure, blocking heat radiation from engine bay and minimizing heat soak to keep intake air cooler.

• Equipped with dual high-flow reusable cone air filters. Multi-layer cotton media balances dust filtration and maximum airflow; filters can be cleaned and re-oiled repeatedly for long service life.

• Mandrel formed silicone intake elbows with red inner liner offer smooth inner surface, lowering airflow resistance and eliminating sharp bends that cause turbulence. Pre-reserved sensor ports match factory sensor positions, no cutting required.

• The assembled heat shield structure isolates the filter from hot air inside the engine bay and guides fresh cool outside air into the intake system, helping maintain consistent power output under heavy load.

• Direct bolt-on design matches original mounting points. The full kit contains all aluminum shielding panels, silicone reducers, stainless steel clamps, brackets, wiring and fasteners for hassle-free assembly.
