DESCRIPTION
This cold air intake kit with dedicated heat shield replaces the restrictive factory intake assembly, increases airflow, reduces heat soak and boosts throttle response for BMW F-Chassis B58 3.0L turbo models.
Built with mandrel-bent aluminum pipe, black coated steel heat shield housing and reusable high-flow cone filter. The heat barrier isolates the filter from hot engine bay air to maintain cooler intake charge. Fully developed from real OEM chassis data for direct bolt-on installation without cutting or modification. Optimized internal pipe geometry reduces turbulence, accelerates turbo spool, delivers sporty induction sound and gains 5-10 horsepower after installation.
